AICB Membership Survey 2021: Key Highlights

28 Jul 2021

At AICB, our members are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to support our members at every stage of their professional journeys by helping them to acquire the technical and professional knowledge and skills to stay ahead, remain relevant, and become the preferred choice among employers.

We carried out the AICB Membership Survey 2021* earlier this year, with the following objectives:

  • Understand how AICB membership and qualifications has supported and enhanced members standing as a professional.
  • Gather feedback on AICB membership and qualifications to further strengthen our professional qualifications and member value offerings.
  • Find out how AICB can better support our members in their careers.

We would like to share with you the pertinent information that we gained from this survey:

What do our members say about us?

*Based on responses by 1,801 members, who are generally Associate and Affiliate members. 93% of the respondents have completed AICB's qualifications and hold managerial or executive roles, with at least 5 years of experience in the banking industry.

We would like to thank all our members for participating in the AICB Membership Survey 2021 and providing us with valuable feedback that will help us improve on our member offerings. We will continue to ensure that our members gain more value from their AICB membership by improving on our professional banking qualification offerings, developing more thought leadership initiatives and publications, and providing more networking opportunities.
