Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Must be an authorised partner and reseller for the range of products and services proposed in the Proposal.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in implementing an Enterprise Service Management System of similar size.
3. No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission.
4. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years (based on audited financial statements).
