STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) would like to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Must be an authorised partner and reseller for the range of products and services proffered in the Proposal. A supporting letter from the principal must be attached as a supporting document.
2. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing and supporting a Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) of a similar size. The tenderer is required to submit proof of projects undertaken (ongoing / completed), and the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
3. No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission. A declaration letter from the tenderer must be submitted as a supporting document.
4. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years. The tenderer is required to submit the latest 3 years of audited financial statements. To qualify, tenderers must achieve a positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years.

The RFP document will be issued to interested parties upon submission of the following appendices, which can be downloaded here:

• Appendix B – RFP Acknowledgement Form
• Appendix D – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
• Appendix N – Conditions of the Proposals

Note: STFR reserves the right to extend the tender submission deadline by one week if we do not receive sufficient proposals by the original closing date. If the deadline is extended, all tenderers will be given the same extension of time to participate in the tender process.
