A. Introduction

STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) invites qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

B. Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Malaysian Registered Company / Business
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning and pest control services
3. Registration with MOF (cleaning code: 221001, 221002, 22103 and pest control service code: 220901)
4. Positive net-worth for last year (based on audited financial statements)
5. Site visit attendance

C. Tender Document Request

The tender document will be issued via e-mail from 20 February 2020 to 25 February 2020 to the interested party after submission of the “Understanding of Confidentiality and Ownership of Intellectual property Rights” and “Contractor’s Declaration”.

Interested tenderer(s) shall return the duly completed “Undertaking of Confidentiality and Ownership of Intellectual property Rights” and “Contractor’s Declaration” and email them to: [email protected]by 19 February 2020.
