Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) would like to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Must be companies registered in Malaysia. Tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in publishing industry. Tenderer is required to submit the company registration certificate with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
3. Have experience in producing banking and finance-related articles or publications. Tenderer to submit proof of projects undertaken (on-going / completed).
4. No litigation has been instituted against the tenderer at the point of submission. A declaration letter from the tenderer to be submitted as supporting document.
5. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years. Tenderer is required to submit the latest 3 years of audited financial statements. To qualify, tenderers must achieve a positive net worth for at least 2 out of the last 3 financial years.

• Appendix 3 – Declaration of Compliance with ABC Policy
• Appendix 4 – Confidentiality Undertaking Letter

Note:

AICB reserves the right to extend the tender submission deadline by one week if we do not receive sufficient proposals by the original closing date. If the deadline is extended, all tenderers will be given the same extension of time to participate in the tender process.
