STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) invites qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies which fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Is a Malaysian registered company
2. Is an authorised partner and reseller for the range of products and services related to the tender
3. Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure-related business
4. Has a positive net worth for the last 3 financial years (based on certified audited financial statements).

Tender Document Request

The tender document will be issued to interested parties via the following email, [email protected], from 16 March 2022 to 1 April 2022, upon submission of the following documents:

• “RFP Acknowledgement Form” (Appendix D)
• “Letter of Undertaking of Confidentiality” (Appendix C)
• “Declaration of Conflict of Interests” (Appendix L),and
• “Declaration of Compliance” (Appendix E)

Interested parties are required to complete the following forms:

• “RFP Acknowledgement Form” (Appendix D)
• “Letter of Undertaking of Confidentiality” (Appendix C)
• “Declaration of Conflict of Interests” (Appendix L), and
• “Declaration of Compliance” (Appendix E)

and email them to [email protected] as soon as possible, or by latest 22 March 2022.

The closing date for the tender is 1 April 2022 at 3 pm.
