The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) continuously reviews and improves the content, structure and delivery of its suite of professional qualifications to ensure its relevance in the ever-evolving banking industry. We aim to create a sustainable pipeline of Internal Audit specialists for the industry and offer “speed to Internal Auditing specialisation”, and have introduced the updated Certification for Bank Auditors (CBA) programme, in which the current CBA modules are compacted into 1 module, from 2 modules previously.

The first examination for the updated CBA programme will be held in May 2021. To ensure a smooth transition to this updated CBA programme, AICB has developed a module guide and a mock examination, which are available on the AICB Member Portal.
