Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) is committed to conducting its business and operations according to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. AICB adopts a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of bribery and corruption.

As part of this commitment, AICB has established a comprehensive Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, which applies to Council Members, employees, business associates, and all parties involved, directly or indirectly, in AICB’s daily operations.

Any breaches to the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy is viewed with utmost seriousness and the Institute will take the necessary actions accordingly, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • reviewing employment or appointments
  • enforcing disciplinary measures
  • executing dismissals, and
  • reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
