Registration is processed by cohort and access to the eCPD programme will be granted once payment has been confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

  • Access to the eCPD programme is valid for a period of three months from the date it is granted.
  • Online payments will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • Registration is confirmed and access to eCPD is granted upon the generation of an invoice (for bank-sponsored registrants) OR receipt of full payment (for self-sponsored registrants), except for the first cohort. The fee is inclusive of 8% Service Tax.
  • All registrations are final and cancellations will not be allowed once the invoice is generated.
  • Refunds will not be given even if a delegate fails to complete the eCPD programme within three months of being granted access. If payment is made via HRD Corp, the organisation must bear the fees for participants who fail to complete the programme within the stipulated access period.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse access to the eCPD programme if no payment has been made or the payment received (in Ringgit Malaysia) is less than the specified registration fee.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, including, but not limited to, the platform, event date, programme agenda and/or speaker lineup, or to cancel the programme for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure event). The Organiser shall notify all parties of the cancellation as soon as possible.
