AICB’s Cyber Resilience Conference 2018 themed “Powering the Winds of Change: The Shift to Cyber Resilience”, was held on 5-6 September 2018 to provide a high-level platform to exchange ideas and discuss emerging cybersecurity trends and cyberthreats, as well as create greater awareness on the critical importance of collaboratively building stronger cyber resilience for the banking sector.
In addition to Plenary Sessions and Spotlight Sessions conducted by various industry experts, the conference included the launch of Building a Cyber Resilient Financial Institution – Are You Ready for the Imminent Breach?, a thought leadership and survey publication developed by AICB in collaboration with PwC Malaysia to provide greater insight and awareness on the state-of-play in the domestic and global cybersecurity landscape.
The conference featured over 30 eminent local and international speakers from the public and private sectors, including regional regulators, banks, fintechs and cybersecurity organisations.
