Terms & Conditions

  • Online payments will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) at a fixed foreign exchange rate.
  • The Conference fee is valid for one (1) person only and inclusive of admission to the Conference exhibition, as well as coffee breaks and daily luncheons.
  • Participation is secured upon receipt of full payment, which must be made by 3 July 2024.
  • Registrations are on a first come, first served basis and at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
  • All registrations are final and cancellations will not be allowed once payment is received. However, if the delegate is unable to attend, a request to transfer the seat to a different individual from the same organisation must be done via an email to [email protected] before 3 July 2024.
  • Refunds will not be given even if a delegate fails to attend the Masterclass and/or the Conference.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the registration of a participant in the event that no payment has been made or the payment received (in Ringgit Malaysia) is less than the specified registration fee.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, including but not limited to, the venue, event date, programme agenda and/or speaker line up, or to cancel the Conference for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure event). The Organiser shall notify all parties of the cancellation as soon as possible.
  • By registering for the 3rd Malaysian Banking Conference 2024, you consent to AICB’s use of your personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and AICB’s Personal Data Protection Notice.
