AICB is proud to be a Supporting Partner of SDG Investment Forum ASEAN, which is organised by the United Nations Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei in collaboration with the CFO Coalition for the SDGs. As the first SDG Investment Forum hosted in Asia, this hybrid event based at EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur was attended by over 1,500 local and regional physical and virtual participants. Leaders from across financial institutions and business and investment firms discussed the consequences of the pandemic and how businesses, financial institutions and investors are looking at SDG investments; the role of businesses, financial institutions and investors in facilitating SDG investments across the Asia-Pacific region; how businesses, financial institutions and investors can deliver on the SDGs; and the role of Islamic finance in driving the sustainability agenda.
