AICB, in collaboration with our longstanding Ethical Finance ASEAN partner, the Global Ethical Finance Initiative (GEFI), is pleased to bring you the Post-COP16 (Biodiversity) / COP29 (Climate) Review session under the GEFI Insights Series, a thought-leadership platform featuring the latest global developments and thinking on climate and nature finance.

This session is the second of two webinars that discuss climate and nature crises within the contexts of COP16 (biodiversity) and COP29 (climate) following these international negotiations:

  • COP16 (Biodiversity): The 16th meeting of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity will be held in Colombia from 21 October to 1 November 2024.
  • COP29 (Climate Change): The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) COP29 will be held in Azerbaijan from 11-22 November 2024.

Terms & Conditions

  • Online payments will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • Participation is secured once invoice is generated or upon receipt of full payment, which must be made by 5 September 2024. The fee is inclusive of 8% Service Tax.
  • Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and at the Organiser's sole discretion.
  • All registrations are final and cancellations will not be allowed once the invoice is generated. However, if the delegate is unable to attend, a request to transfer the seat to a different individual from the same organisation must be made via an email to [email protected] three days before the event date.
  • Refunds will not be given even if a delegate fails to attend the event. If the payment is made via HRD Corp., the organisation must bear the fees for the participants who fail to attend.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a participant's registration if no payment has been made or the payment received (in Ringgit Malaysia) is less than the specified registration fee.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, including but not limited to the venue, event date, programme agenda and / or speaker lineup, or to cancel the event for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of a Force Majeure event). The Organiser shall notify all parties of the cancellation as soon as possible.
