Unmasking Insider Risk — Building A Resilient Culture

12 Mar 2025 @ 9:00 am (+8 GMT) | Venue: Zoom
Webpage cpd unmasking v03

We are pleased to introduce a new series under AICB’s Empowering Bankers CPD Programme — the Resilience Roadmap Series, which is designed to equip banking professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to identify, mitigate and manage insider risks while fostering a resilient organisational culture.

In today’s digital age, no organisation is immune to insider threats. Employees, contractors or even board members can misuse their access intentionally, accidentally or through collusion, thereby creating significant vulnerabilities. Often overshadowed by external cyber threats, insider risks can result in severe operational, compliance, strategic and reputational damage, potentially crippling an organisation.

Unmasking Insider Risk — Building A Resilient Culture

Join our first virtual session in the Resilience Roadmap Series entitled “Unmasking Insider Risk — Building A Resilient Culture” and strengthen your knowledge and understanding in the following areas:

  • the different types of insider threats (malicious, negligent, unintentional), their motivations, and the evolving threat landscape
  • key insider risk themes
  • the potential impact of insider risk
  • effective insider risk strategies, and
  • the importance of governance and oversight.

Enjoy a 5% rebate on the total fees when you register for all programmes under the Resilience Roadmap Series. AICB members are entitled to 3 CPD hours per programme upon full attendance.

Seize this opportunity to gain actionable insights on the various insider threats, leverage tools and technologies to mitigate these risks, and help to build a culture of resilience while fulfilling your CPD requirements!
