AICB’s Code of Professional Conduct helps members observe the highest standards of conduct, integrity and competence. It encourages members to consider public interests and maintain the confidence and trust of customers, employers, business partners and other stakeholders, thereby upholding the reputation of the banking profession.

The terms and spirit of this Code set out the principles of professional conduct expected and required of individual members, providing interpretations and guidance for each. Failure to comply could result in disciplinary action.
