As an accomplished professional in the banking arena, Prasad brings to the Institute his experience and leadership, operational excellence, technical breadth and a passion for learning and development.
Prasad previously worked in MUFG in Hong Kong and J.P. Morgan in both London and Hong Kong as Executive Director in various Markets capacities over a period of 16 years, covering all manner of Asia-ex and Japan securities from fixed income to equity derivatives.
Prasad holds an MA in Finance and Investment and an MA in European Studies from the University of Exeter, UK, as well as a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK.

Mithila leads the development and implementation of the Institute’s membership framework, including continuing professional development and professional conduct framework.
She began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) providing financial audit services, and subsequently joined Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), conducting banking supervision. Prior to joining AICB, Mithila worked in CPA Australia, where she held the membership and governance portfolio.
Mithila graduated in Accountancy and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Shireen spearheads the Institute’s thought leadership initiatives and research publications, as well as its strategic partnership and communication initiatives.
Her professional experience spans CRM Strategy, Branding and Capital Markets. Prior to joining AICB, Shireen worked in Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) in the areas of international regulatory standards and capacity building. She has also worked in international advertising agencies and business conglomerates based in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
Shireen graduated from the University of Kent, UK with a LL.B. (Hons) in Law.

Susan's responsibilities include the enrolment of candidates in the appropriate level of the Institute’s qualifications based on their education and/or work experience.
Prior to her current position, Susan’s work portfolio included various roles in the development and management of qualification programmes.

The State Advisory Committees (SACs) were established to provide AICB members in North, South and East Malaysia with a platform to exchange professional views and ideas, as well as to advance the Institute’s interest in the local banking and financial services industry.
