STF Resources Sdn Bhd (STFR) is pleased to invite qualified and experienced vendors to participate in the above tender.

Mandatory Requirements

Only companies that fulfil the following requirements will be considered:

1. Malaysian Registered Company (at least 51% Malaysian ownership).
2. Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Registration Certificate:
   • Grade G5, Category B04 (Construction) or B07 (Interior Design Works)
3. Have Quality Management system ISO9001 (2015).
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and interior design business.
5. Positive net worth for at least 2 out of the latest 3 financial years (based on audited financial statements).
6. No litigation has been instituted against the Tenderer.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Document

The RFP document will be issued to interested parties upon submission of the following appendices:

• Appendix A – RFP Acknowledgement Form
• Appendix B – Conflict of Interest Declaration Form
• Appendix C – Declaration of Compliance with Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
• Appendix D – Confidentiality Undertaking Letter

The tender closing date is 1 July 2024 at 3 pm (MYT).

Note:

STFR reserves the right to extend the tender submission deadline by two weeks if we do not receive sufficient proposals by the original closing date. If the deadline is extended, all tenderers will be given the same extension of time to participate in the tender process.
